Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. If you use Marrova for an organization, you represent that you may accept these terms for it. Your organization is responsible for its members and for activity performed through its workspaces.
7-day trials and subscriptions
An eligible new Marrova organization may receive one 7-day trial on a self-serve plan. You must provide a payment method in Stripe to begin an eligible trial, but no subscription fee is charged that day. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the monthly plan price automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. A returning or previously subscribed organization may not be eligible for another trial and may be charged the amount Stripe shows before confirmation. Your workspace activates only after Stripe confirms the subscription. Plan price, client and team capacity, recurring interval, taxes, and any included allowance are presented before you authorize checkout.
Recurring billing, changes, and cancellation
You may cancel through the Marrova billing portal before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. After billing begins, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at each renewal until cancellation. Cancellation then takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise, and you keep access through that period. Charges already paid are non-refundable except when required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Plan changes and usage limits take effect as shown when you make the change.
Your data and customer communications
You retain your rights in data and content you submit. You give Marrova permission to host, process, transmit, and create requested outputs from that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store client and contact data and to communicate with each person. You must honor consent, suppression, privacy, consumer-protection, telemarketing, and marketing-email rules that apply to your use.
AI-assisted features and human review
AI features can produce drafts, summaries, classifications, and recommendations. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. You must review them before sending, publishing, relying on them, or using them to make a decision about a person. Do not use Marrova to make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects unless applicable law permits it and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Live, Preview, and Planned capabilities
Live means the capability is available in the current product. Preview means you can evaluate a working or guided experience whose provider connection or full workflow is incomplete. Planned describes roadmap intent and is not part of the service you are buying today. Preview and Planned capabilities may change and are not guaranteed to launch on a particular date.
Third-party services
Marrova uses or may connect to third-party services such as Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and AI providers. Their availability, terms, fees, and privacy practices may also apply. You authorize Marrova to exchange the data needed for a connection you enable. A product name does not imply endorsement or partnership. Marrova is not responsible for a third party’s service or changes outside Marrova’s control.
Acceptable use
Do not use Marrova to violate law or another person’s rights; send spam or deceptive messages; upload malicious code; probe or bypass security; access another customer’s data; interfere with the service; misrepresent identity or consent; scrape the service abusively; reverse engineer it except where law allows; or use outputs to harm, discriminate against, or mislead people.
Marrova property and feedback
Marrova and its licensors own the service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other material we provide. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account or subscription. If you send feedback, you allow Marrova to use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly unless you separately agree.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to keep Marrova available, but maintenance, providers, security events, and internet failures can interrupt it. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably needed to protect the service, prevent harm, address nonpayment, or investigate a material breach. Either side may terminate as permitted by these terms. Provisions that by nature should continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, survive termination.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Marrova is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular business result, a fixed volume of leads, or that AI output will be accurate. Nothing in Marrova is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Marrova’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Marrova for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, providers, or law. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the account or email. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
